Barbara Arnold, communications leader, is a lifelong learner and a quick study. She loves to learn new things. She has a broad successful record in strategic planning and tactical execution, managerial operations, customer service, and government relations. Her strengths: leading and organizing, oral and written communication, and skills assessment/problem-solving. Known for her openness, fairness, and leadership, she is an astute manager of people, materials, finances, and time. Her career spans more than two decades (but who’s counting) in the fields of education, energy, health care, high tech, and nonprofit. Companies include Com Ed, Motorola, and USEC, a global energy company. Other organizations include Junior Achievement, Realityworks, Scholarship America, St. Edward’s University, and the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. She has extensive experience as a family caregiver.
